Once you have purchased Eargo 5, 6, &amp; 7 hearing devices, you can enhance your experience by downloading the Eargo app. The app allows you to personalize Eargo according to your specific hearing preferences and lifestyle. It's simple - just connect the charger and use the Sound Match feature to customize your device for each ear, tailoring it to your individual listening needs. Whether you are dining out, attending a meeting, or enjoying TV at home, Eargo ensures that you won't miss a single moment.
If you need any additional support or have questions, our team of licensed hearing professionals is here to assist you. You can reach out to us via email, chat, phone, or even schedule an in-app video call. Simply click on "Contact Eargo" in the app's Help menu.
